I'm back...

Thank you for bearing with me as I've been absent

from the blog world for a few days!

My best friend - my Mom - came to visit for a few days

and so we've been enjoying our time together

(and chasing around five kids)

while preparing birthday celebrations for

two of the boys,

catching up on laundry,

baking lots of bread
(sorry, Lainie - I still haven't tried

your over-night method!),

and enjoying the few quiet moments

we found to just sit and chat,

heart to heart.

It was a great time spent with my Mom

and I am thankful for your grace as I took a brief

(albeit unannounced) break from blogging. :o)

I hope to be back to my regular posting tomorrow...

until we leave for Christmas! :o)
